What can still be calculated
The Year, Month, and Day Pillars remain available. That is enough to identify the Day Master, birth-season context, much of the Five Element balance, several relationship roles, and stable interactions among the first three pillars.
What must be removed
A date-only chart should not invent a noon birth time. The Hour Pillar, hour-based symbolic stars, the Children Palace, and claims that depend on an exact luck-cycle start are unavailable. Our calculator marks the precision and removes those sections instead of displaying false detail.

Why an approximate result can still be useful
Precision is not all-or-nothing. A preliminary result can identify broad similarities, friction, and elemental complement as long as it clearly states what is missing. If an exact time is added later, a paid compatibility report can be regenerated once without an extra report charge.
